Process
before anything, please read my terms of service
• contact me
Please message me, on one of my platforms, with the following infos:• Illustration and format wanted : Emotes / badges / flairs / screens / avatars etc
• References : images, brief sketches (can be stick figures), photographs of you (if the work is based on you), colors, etc
- especially if you have a precise image in mind• If it's urgent, or if you have a deadline - a priority fee could apply
• If your project is a secret - no WIPs, images of that work will be published until you showcase it yourself
• If the commission is a gift to someone else
• Your e-mail adress
• If you want regular updates - I will usually send you pictures when the sketch is done, and when the work is done. If you want images in-between do not hesitate to ask me!You will then get a reply from me, clarifying some details, if needed. Do not hesitate to describe everything you have in mind, as it will be much more easier for me to suit your needs. Please make your request concisely worded with minimal abbreviations, so as to make the message clear to read.
Any emails, private messages, and comments that you send must come in the following languages : English or French.I reserve the right to decline your request if I do not feel comfortable with it.
• sketch
A sketch will be done with your ideas, and presented to you for approval!You can request up to 3 reviews. I will not get offended, and I expect you to tell me if anything bothers you!
Beware, more reviews, or changes later in the process will come with an additional fee.
• payment
Once the sketch is approved, I will send you a PayPal invoice ! Full payment must be sent at once, and in €EUR.
You will receive the invoice via e-mail and I will provide a link within our chat. The invoice can be paid by card or with a PayPal account.I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental payments. Do not send me any kind of payment until the invoice is received.
There will be no refunds, except if I decide to cancel your order.
If you are not happy with my work, we can discuss it and try to edit it to your liking.
• line art, colour & resizing
Once full payment is received, I will finish the order. At this point you can ask for up to 3 color corrections. Any change in composition will come with an additional fee.
Unless I made a mistake, I will definitely edit it for free.Once the drawing is done and approved, you will receive a .zip file with all the respective sizes for you to upload.
• credits
Credit is required, with a link to at least one of my social as per my TOS, linked above.You can choose how :
• A panel in your bio, linked to my Twitter account
• A periodic message in chat, with one of my links
• Add me as the artist on your emote
When adding your emote to your twitch channel, you can see an "Emote Attribution" line.
Here you can add my Twitch pseudo : Thelkana.

Disclaimer
Anyone who commissions me agrees with these terms.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I, the artist, will refuse your, the client's, commission if you do not agree to these terms.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
If you are not comfortable with my Terms of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites, as this could compromise my artwork.
NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
I am not responsible if your emote is rejected by Twitch/does not adhere to Twitch's Terms of Services and Community Guidelines. You should look into it before commissioning anyone.
paypal disclaimer
Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
I am not required ever to ship any item.
User Agreement
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
General
client
You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.
You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to : avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, Twitch assets and Discord emotes.
You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for sale).
You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
You may not claim my work as your own.
You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my work without my permission.
You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base”.
Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before these Terms have gone into effect are still bound to their content.
These clients are permitted to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

By commissioning me, the artist, you are purchasing my services as an artist only.
I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
